SAFARI & BEACH HONEYMOON PACKAGE

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, you will be transferred to the hotel for check-in, and relaxation. In the afternoon, you will begin a city tour of Nairobi at Giraffe Centre which protects highly endangered Rothschild giraffe, where you can observe, hand feed, or even kiss one of the giraffes from a raised wooden structure, end your day with a visit to Bomas of Kenya where you will get to enjoy the diversity of Kenyan traditional music and dances. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

After breakfast you will be met by our safari driver who will brief you about the safari. Check out and depart to Tsavo West National Park, it is a scenic drive of approximately 6 and a half hours. You will arrive at the hotel late in the afternoon, check in and relax. You may opt for an evening game drive at the Park or spend the rest of the day at leisure. Salt Lick Safari Lodge has been one of Kenya’s flagship lodges, famed for being among the World’s Most Photographed Lodges. A favourite amongst traveller’s in search of luxury accommodation, Salt Lick Safari Lodge is a luxurious safari escape set in the heart of the Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary overlooking a waterhole and the vast Tsavo plains. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast at the lodge before departing for a game drive at Tsavo West National Park. Tsavo West National Park is an excellent site for bird watching and game viewing, the park is home to different wildlife species such as eastern black rhinoceros, hippopotamus, Cape buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, hartebeest, lesser kudu and Masai giraffe and many more. Return to the lodge for lunch. After lunch, you will be taken for a tour at the Taita Hills WW1 Museum. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.

Have an early morning breakfast at the lodge, check-out, and proceed to Tsavo East. Tsavo East National Park is one of the oldest parks in Kenya, located South East of Kenya near the Town of Voi in the Taita-Taveta District of Coast Province, inland from the Coast, it is 13,747 sq.km. The Park is home to most of the larger mammals, vast herds of dust –red elephant, Rhino, buffalo, lion, leopard, pods of hippo, crocodile, waterbucks, Lesser Kudu, Gerenuk and Hirola. Arrive at the Camp, have lunch and proceed for an afternoon game drive. Return to the Camp for dinner and overnight.

Enjoy an early morning breakfast at the hotel, check-out and proceed through Bachuma Gate of the Tsavo East National Park for a straight game drive with lunch en-route. Enjoy a game drive en-route with packed lunch. This will mark the end of ‘’Red Elephant Safari Trail.’’ Arrive in Mombasa in the afternoon, check-in, relaxation and dinner.

This day will be entirely spent for relaxation at the hotel after the long safari. Enjoy the warm tropical beach and the facilities at the hotel. Dinner and overnight at the Resort.

After breakfast in the hotel, we check out and proceed along Mombasa Nairobi highway. Arrive at Nairobi where you will be dropped either back at your hotel or airport. This will mark the end of the safari.
