6 Days Classic Tanzania Safari
Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Int. Airport, transfer to Arusha
Today you will arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative who will welcome you and you start your journey to Arusha, and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, we will depart to Tarangire National Park. The park is known for its elephants and baobab trees and if you are lucky you might as well spot some cats. You will enjoy parked lunch inside the park before departing to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park – Mto Wa Mbu – Karatu
In the morning we will depart to Mto Wa Mbu village where you can go on a walking or biking excursion around the village. In the village, you will learn more about some of the local tribes like the Chagga, and you will also visit the Masai tribe and learn more about their culture and way of life. In the afternoon you will head out to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park
Early morning we will descend down the crater with a breakfast box for early morning game viewing. The game viewing during the morning hours is at its glory and it’s worth the early wake-up call. You will go out and look for lions, buffaloes, and even rhinos while enjoying a warm cup of coffee or tea. You will enjoy a lunch in the crater overviewing the lake before heading to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival in Serengeti, you will enjoy a game drive en route to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Today we will enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National park. You can decide to go out for a full day or go for a morning and evening game drive. You will also get to spend some time at your accommodation if you prefer and enjoy a hot lunch. Overnight at the Camp
There is an option of booking an additional balloon safari over the Serengeti. The balloon safari offers a different view over the landscape and on the animals and is an unforgettable experience.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park
Today we will wake up early and depart for an early morning game drive in Serengeti National park, return to the camp, check-out, exit the park for your departure back home.
