Nairobi
Day 1 – Arrival in Nairobi
Arrival at Nairobi’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, you will be received by our company
representative, and transfer will be ready to your city hotel. Depending on your arrival time, a
Nairobi city tour can be organized, where you will have an opportunity to visit the Central
Business Centre, Parliament buildings, Conference Centre (KICC) and many mordent and
historical buildings, you will also visit National Museum of Kenya and famous Snake Park.
Overnight at your hotel.
Day 2: Nairobi to Aberdare National Park
On this day, you will be picked at your hotel and drive to Aberdare National Park. On arrival you
will check in and drive through the park, watching wildlife along the way to Aberdare Country
Club. After check in, you will be transferred to the Ark Lodge where you will have lunch as you
view beautiful landscapes surrounding the lodge. The lodge overlooks a floodlit waterfall and
Salt Lake which attracts a host of astonishing wildlife. You can spend the rest of the day viewing
the hills, valleys, waterfalls, and wildlife at the lodge or partake off an optional game drive trip
to the moorlands and salient wilderness. Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 3: Aberdare National Park to Ol Pejeta Conservancy (Nanyuki)
After breakfast with amazing sights included, you will then head for Ol Pejeta Conservancy.
Arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. In the afternoon head out for a game drive at Ol Pejeta
Conservancy. Aside from the game drive other activities can be organized at an extra cost such
as lion tracking, visiting Baraka, the blind back rhino, or exploring the education centre.
Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Ol Pejeta Conservancy to Nakuru
Wake up early for a cup of coffee and head to the conservancy for an early morning game drive,
return to the lodge for breakfast, then checkout and embark on a journey to Lake Nakuru
National Park.
Arrive in time for lunch at the lodge, later proceed to the park for an afternoon game drive. Lake
Nakuru national park is one of the beautiful and most popular wildlife destinations in Kenya
known for hosting large numbers of pink flamingos and a huge population of black and white
rhinos, lake Nakuru is among the highlight features in the park situated on the floor of the Great
Rift Valley surrounded by wooded and bushy grasslands. Return to the lodge for dinner and
overnight.
Day 5: Nakuru to Naivasha
Depart after breakfast for Lake Naivasha, a fresh water lake which is a popular tourist spot in
Kenya for locals and foreigners alike. Arrive in time for lunch. Rest of the day at leisure. The
lodge you will be residing at offers beautiful natural spaces where you can see numerous bird
species among the trees as well as spot some animals ranging from waterbuck to warthogs.
Dinner and overnight at the lodge.
Day 6: Naivasha (Hells Gate Day Trip)
After an early morning breakfast at the hotel depart for Hells Gate National Park. You
may opt to hike with the help of the guide who will explain the history and nature of
the Park during the walk. You can also do rock climbing, climbing Fischer’s Tower
offers you an opportunity to enjoy the scenic surrounding comprising of impressing
gorges, lime-streaked cliffs, and animals.
Cycling at Hell’s Gate National Park is also an amazing experience that you can choose
to partake in, cycling past grazing zebras and a giraffe among other animals is a great
experience. The park has no wild cats making it one of the best places in Kenya to
enjoy a biking tour in the wild. Do not worry if you did not come with a bicycle, you
can hire one at the Elsa Gate and before you ride the bicycle make sure it is
comfortable for you.
You will enjoy a picnic lunch at the Park before returning to the hotel for dinner and
overnight.
Day 7: Naivasha to Masai Mara National Reserve
Enjoy an early morning breakfast at the hotel. After breakfast, check-out and depart
for Masai Mara. You will then drive through Narok, a Masai town, and arrive at your
camp in the Mara in time for lunch. After lunch, you will have a late afternoon game
drive until sunset. Return to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 8& 9: Masai Mara National Reserve
After breakfast, have a full day game drive, with packed lunch provided. The reserve is well
known for its black- maned lion, as well as its abundant resident wildlife and its one of the few
places where it’s possible to see the big five during a morning’s game drive. Many of the
cheetahs are so tame they seek shelter from the hot sun under one’s vehicle and several even
climb onto the roof to get better view of prospective prey.
For the bird enthusiast, almost 500 species have been recorded, among these 16 species of
eagle, plus many hawks and falcons, 6 species of vultures, 8 species of storks 4 of bustard
(including the Kori bustard, the world’s heaviest flying bird), and 9 species of sun birds. Return
to the camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 10: Masai Mara National Reserve to Nairobi
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, check- out, and depart for Nairobi. Arrive at Nairobi
where you will be dropped either back at the airport. The rest of the day will be spent
at leisure after the long safari. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: Depart Nairobi
Have an early morning breakfast at the hotel. Check- out and be dropped off at the
airport for your flight back home (depending on the flight timings).
