10 Days Ultimate Tanzania & Zanzibar Package (Tanzania / Zanzibar)
Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro Int. Airport, transfer to Arusha
Today you will arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport. Upon arrival, you will be met by a representative who will welcome you and you start your journey to Arusha, and proceed to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.
Day 2: Arusha – Tarangire National Park
After breakfast, you will depart to Tarangire National Park. The park is known for its elephants and baobab trees and if you are lucky you might as well spot some cats. You will enjoy lunch inside the park before departing to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Day 3: Tarangire National Park – Mto Wa Mbu – Ngorongoro Conservation Area
In the morning we will depart to Mto Wa Mbu village where you can go on a walking or biking excursion around the village. In the village, you will learn more about some of the local tribes like the Chagga, and you will also visit the Masai tribe and learn more about their culture and way of life. In the afternoon you will head out to the Camp for dinner and overnight.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Serengeti National Park
Early morning you will descend down the crater with a breakfast box for an early morning game viewing. The game viewing during the morning hours is at its glory and it’s worth the early wake-up call. You will go out and look for lions, buffaloes, and even rhinos while enjoying a warm cup of coffee or tea. You will also enjoy packed lunch in the crater overviewing the lake before heading to Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival in Serengeti, you will enjoy a game drive en route to your lodge, check-in, relaxation, dinner and overnight.
Day 5: Serengeti National Park
Today you will enjoy a full-day game drive in Serengeti National park. You can decide to go out for a full day or go for a morning and evening game drive. You will also get to spend some time at your accommodation if you prefer and enjoy a hot lunch. Dinner and overnight at the Lodge.
There is an option of booking an additional balloon safari over the Serengeti. The balloon safari offers a different view over the landscape and of the animals and is an unforgettable experience.
Day 6: Serengeti National Park – Zanzibar
Today you will wake up early and depart for an early morning game drive in Serengeti National park, before departing to the airstrip for your flight to Zanzibar. Upon arrival in Zanzibar, you will be transferred to your hotel for leisure and overnight.
Day 7: Stone town – Zanzibar beach
After breakfast, you will depart for a morning exploration at Stone Town and visit the spice plantations before heading to the beach for relaxation. Return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.
Day 8: Zanzibar beach
Today you will spend a free day at leisure at your resort. Additionally, we can book any activities for you. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 9: Zanzibar beach
Today you will spend a free day at leisure at your resort. Additionally, we can book any activities for you. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Zanzibar beach – Departure
Today you will be transferred back to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport for your departure flight.
